Right on the Paseo Neptuno, overlooking Las Arenas Beach, Balandret finds its home in one of Valencia’s most iconic settings, inviting us to once again feel that this place is truly ours.

A concept where Valencian cuisine and locally sourced produce are guided by simplicity and good judgment, with no excess or artifice, keeping at the heart of it all what should never have been lost: eating well, by the sea, with no rush.

At Balandret, we are committed to a distinctive Valencian offering, carefully crafted around local produce and the cuisine of our region.

Rice dishes prepared the way they should be, just as generations before us taught us. Starters made with fresh produce from the garden and the sea, depending on the season. Carefully selected wines to complement the cuisine and complete the table.
